The conditions for the marketing of new construction products on the market in the Slovak republic as per Act No.133/2013 from 15th May 2013 on construction products amending certain other acts and the Directive of the European Parliament and the EU Commission No.305/2011 from 9th March 2011 which defines harmonized conditions of construction products marketing and repealing Directive 89/106/EHS.
The Decree MDVRR SR No.162/2013 from 3rd June 2013 in the wording of the Decree No. 177/2016 from 4th May 2016 establishes a list of construction products obliged to assessment and verification of immutability of the parametres of essential characteristics declared by the producer, assessment system and declaration of performance template of SR. In the Annex no.1 it is established for the group of products no. 0408 Hydroisolating kits/systems for bridge decks a assessment system of parametres II+ (2+).
