Provision of information

According to the Act No 211/2000 Coll. of the National Council of the SR on free access to information and on amendments of certain Acts a citizen may search at SSC information the publication of which are not explicitly excluded by other regulations and that is available to SSC, i. e. that is located at SSC.
It is impossible to search for information that still does not exist (e.g. creation of new information such as analyses, summaries etc.) and draft regulations or documents with conceptual and strategical character that were not subject of the approbation procedure.

The application should indicate the type of information requested, the way of its provision. The mandatory particulars of the application include the name, surname and address of the applicant or name and registered office of the company.
